The invention discloses a construction method for directionally repairing concrete cracks by adopting magnetic microorganisms, and relates to the field of civil engineering, which comprises the following steps of: 1, checking the crack condition, and measuring the depth and width of the cracks; 2, according to the crack condition, punching is conducted on the surface of the finest tail end of the crack according to the depth exceeding the crack; thirdly, a magnet is implanted into the hole; 4, injecting the magnetic microbial remediation material slurry into the crack until the crack is completely filled; and fifthly, the cracks filled with the repairing material slurry are covered or sprayed with a curing agent to be cured for 1-3 d. The magnetic microorganisms can directionally migrate to the magnet, so that complex cracks of concrete are repaired.
