The woven belt comprises an upper woven belt, a middle woven belt and a pedal woven belt; the hinge connecting assembly comprises an L-shaped hinge connecting mechanism, a square-shaped double-hinge mechanism and a hinge. The upper portion of the left-foot ladder and the upper portion of the right-foot ladder are connected through the upper woven belt, the middle connecting assembly is connected to the left-foot ladder and the right-foot ladder through the L-shaped hinge connecting mechanism, the two-section universal joint coupler is connected with the sliding block through the spring, and force in different directions is applied to pedals in the left-right direction in turn.
