The coal slime influencing the environment is utilized, and the ecological environment can be improved.
本发明公开一种节能型水泥熟料,由煤泥、石灰石、黏土、粉煤灰和铁尾矿混合磨粉制得半黑生料粉并经煅烧制成,制备方法包括步骤一、原料混合粉磨处理得到半黑生粉料,步骤二、半黑生粉料的预热反应得到预热煤料,步骤三、预热煤料回转窑煅烧制得水泥熟料;本发明通过在水泥生料配料中掺入煤泥,改善了生料的易烧性、稳定配煤热值,降低烧成系统煤耗,同时利用煤泥富含较高的铁成分,可节约制铁材料的掺入,熟料烧成提前液相反应,进一步降低烧成煤耗,节约煤资源,达到降本的目的,将影响环境的煤泥加以利用,又可改善生态环境。
