Phosphogypsum modifier and preparation method thereof
The phosphogypsum modifier is prepared from the following specific components in percentage by mass: 28 to 33 percent of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 8 to 12 percent of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 1 to 1.5 percent of polyvinyl alcohol emulsion, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of xanthan gum, 1 to 2 percent of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose, 0.5 to 1 percent of coupling agent, 8 to 10 percent of organosiloxane, 0.02 to 0.1 percent of air entraining agent and 40 to 55 percent of deionized water. According to the invention, 1-2% of ardealite modifier and 15-20% of waste ardealite are added into a cement stabilized macadam base mixture to replace all fine aggregates. Waste resources can be effectively utilized, a large amount of fine sand resources can be saved, and the method plays a very important role in energy conservation, environmental protection and the like. Meanwhile, the mechanical property and the durability of the water-stable layer can be effectively improved. And meanwhile, cracking of a water-stable layer can be effectively reduced.
一种磷石膏改性剂及制备方法,按照质量比,具体组分为聚羧酸减水剂28‑33%、醋酸乙烯—乙烯共聚乳液8‑12%、聚乙烯醇乳液1‑1.5%、黄原胶0.01‑0.02%、羟乙基甲基纤维素1‑2%、偶联剂0.5‑1%、有机硅氧烷8‑10%、引气剂0.02‑0.1%和去离子水40‑55%。本发明将1%‑2%的磷石膏改性剂以及15%‑20%的废弃磷石膏,添加到水泥稳定碎石基层混合料中,替代全部细集料。不仅能有效利用废弃物资源,还能节省大量的细砂资源,对节能、环境保护等均能起到非常重要的作用。同时还能有效提升水稳层的力学性能和耐久性能。同时,能有效的降低水稳层开裂。
