The invention discloses graphite tailing high-performance cement mortar and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete. In order to solve the recycling problem of solid waste graphite tailings and fly ash and relieve the condition of tension of supply and demand of gravel, the method comprises the following steps: adding a part of a water reducing agent into a half of weighed water, dissolving, adding a multi-walled carbon nanotube, stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain a first mixture; uniformly mixing the sand and the graphite tailings in the mixing stirrer to obtain a second mixture; adding the first mixture, the cement, the residual water reducing agent and the residual half mass of water into a stirring pot, and stirring to obtain a third mixture; and adding the second mixture into the third mixture, continuously stirring in the stirring pot, and stirring at a high speed for a certain time to obtain the graphite tailing high-performance cement mortar. According to the invention, the solid wastes are applied to the building mortar to partially replace cement and sand, so that the building cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the environmental problem caused by accumulation of the solid wastes is also alleviated.
