The invention discloses a water diversion hub system in a water diversion project, which comprises a water diversion pool connected with a water diversion channel, and further comprises a water equalizing pool, the water equalizing pool is communicated with the water diversion pool through a water equalizing channel, and the water equalizing channel is provided with a control device. The control device is used for controlling the corresponding water equalizing channel to guide water from the water equalizing pool or inject water into the water equalizing pool to adjust the water distribution amount of the corresponding water diversion channel. The water distribution tanks and the water equalizing tanks are arranged and are communicated through the water equalizing channels, when one water distribution channel needs to adjust the water distribution amount, water of the corresponding water distribution amount flows into the flow distribution channels by controlling the opening degree of the flow distribution gates, the corresponding water equalizing channels are opened, and redundant water flows into the water equalizing tanks; when the water distribution amount of other water distribution channels is kept unchanged, redundant water is drained through the water recession channel, and when the water distribution amount of other water distribution channels is increased, water in the water distribution pool is guided into the corresponding water distribution pool through the corresponding water distribution channel.
