The invention provides a prefabricated construction joint device for a fabricated concrete structure and a construction method, relates to the technical field related to prefabricated materials in the building field, and solves the problems of high site construction difficulty and low construction efficiency of a construction joint in the prior art. The device comprises a construction joint formwork and a reserved steel bar planting part arranged on the construction joint formwork, chiseling layers are arranged on the two side faces of the construction joint formwork, and concrete parts are poured on the two sides of the construction joint formwork; the construction joint formwork comprises a formwork body and protruding parts, the two sides, close to the concrete part, of the formwork body are the first side and the second side respectively, the first side and the second side of the formwork body are each provided with a chiseling layer, the protruding parts are arranged on the first side and the second side respectively, and the protruding parts protrude out of the surface of the formwork body. In the construction process, the formwork can be preset at the joint position, direct construction of a construction joint is not carried out on a construction site, the formwork erecting and disassembling process in the construction process is reduced, and therefore the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明提供了一种装配式混凝土结构预制施工缝装置及施工方法,涉及建筑领域预制材料相关的技术领域,解决了现有技术中的施工缝现场施工难度大,施工效率低的问题。该装置包括施工缝模板以及设置在施工缝模板上的预留植筋部,施工缝模板的两侧面均设置有凿毛层且施工缝模板的两侧均浇筑有混凝土部;施工缝模板包括模板本体和凸出部,模板本体上靠近混凝土部的两侧分别为第一侧和第二侧,模板本体的第一侧和第二侧均设置有凿毛层,且第一侧和第二侧上分别设置有凸出部,凸出部突出于模板本体的表面设置。在施工过程中作为模板可以预设入节点处,不在施工现场进行施工缝的直接施工,减少施工过程的支模拆模过程,从而提高施工效率。
