The invention discloses a dewatering device in a waterproof curtain wall of a deep foundation pit and a construction method.The dewatering device comprises pre-buried water passing pipes, a propelling device and a water pumping device, and the pre-buried water passing pipes are arranged in a waterproof curtain at intervals; the pre-buried water pipe is composed of a vertically-arranged pre-buried water pipe and a plurality of transversely-arranged pre-buried water pipes arranged at intervals in the vertical direction of the vertically-arranged pre-buried water pipe, a pipe opening filter screen is bound to the outer edge of a water inlet of each transversely-arranged pre-buried water pipe, and the middle of each pipe opening filter screen extends into the corresponding transversely-arranged pre-buried water pipe; a water inlet of the transversely-arranged pre-buried water passing pipe is sealed through a sealing cover, the propelling device comprises a transmission rod, a cam shaft, a connecting rod and a pushing piston, the transmission rod is arranged in the center of the interior of the vertically-arranged pre-buried water passing pipe, the pushing piston is installed in the transversely-arranged pre-buried water passing pipe, the transmission rod is sleeved with the cam shaft, and the cam shaft is connected with the pushing piston through the connecting rod. The method has the advantages that the engineering construction period is shortened, and the foundation pit construction space is optimized.
