The invention relates to the technical field of tunnel construction, in particular to a construction method for an open cut tunnel to cross an existing power interval. Comprising the following steps: S1, collecting original data of a power tunnel; s2, monitoring point positions are arranged for electric power shield interval point positions, static force level gauges should be arranged on the side walls of the tunnel, and joint gauges are arranged on the arch crown and the haunches on the two sides of the tunnel; s3, leveling the site, and constructing a flood control wall and an intercepting ditch; s4, reinforcing system construction; s5, building envelope construction is conducted, and a supporting system, a water stopping system and an anti-floating system are included; s6, foundation pit excavation construction is conducted; and S7, construction and backfilling of the tunnel structure are conducted. According to the construction method, floating deformation of the existing electric power shield section can be effectively controlled, and on the premise that the existing electric power shield section is not affected, safety and use of the existing electric power shield section and the proposed tunnel structure in the construction period and the operation period are guaranteed. The method is mainly applied to construction of the open-cut tunnel over-crossing existing power section.
本发明涉及隧道施工技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种明挖隧道上跨既有电力区间施工方法。包括以下步骤:S1、电力隧道原始数据采集;S2、对电力盾构区间点位布设监测点位布置,隧道侧壁应布置静力水准仪,在隧道拱顶和两侧拱腰位置布置测缝计;S3、场地整平,防汛墙、截水沟施工;S4、加固体系施工;S5、进行围护结构施工,包括支护体系、止水体系和抗浮体系;S6、进行基坑开挖施工;S7、进行隧道结构的施工及回填。本工法能够有效控制既有电力盾构区间上浮变形,在不影响既有电力盾构区间的前提下,保证既有电力盾构区间与拟建隧道结构在施工期及运营期的安全和使用。本发明主要应用于明挖隧道上跨既有电力区间施工方面。
