The invention discloses a rapid construction method of a large-area super-thick concrete terrace, which comprises the following steps of: dividing the large-area super-thick concrete terrace to be constructed into sections according to actual conditions, and specifically, dividing the large-area super-thick concrete terrace into concrete expansion reinforcing bands and concrete pouring areas which are distributed at intervals; penetrating type terrace steel bars are laid on the to-be-constructed face, reinforced load-bearing steel bars are additionally arranged in the concrete expansion reinforcing band, and a steel wire mesh is laid on the connecting side of the concrete expansion reinforcing band and the concrete pouring area for blocking; the concrete is poured in sequence in the construction direction, then rapid construction of the large-area super-thick concrete terrace is completed, the grade of concrete adopted for pouring the concrete expansion reinforcing band is higher than that of concrete used for pouring the concrete area by one grade, and an expanding agent is added into the concrete adopted for pouring the concrete expansion reinforcing band. According to the method, the expansion reinforcing band is adopted to replace a shrinkage post-cast strip, all the terrace steel bars are communicated, the large-area super-thick terrace is rapidly constructed, and the construction efficiency is high.
