The invention relates to a high-speed airflow energy recovery and noise reduction device. The method is suitable for the technical field of high-speed airflow noise reduction. According to the technical scheme, the high-speed airflow energy recovery and noise reduction device is characterized by comprising an air inlet rectification unit, an air outlet rectification unit and a noise reduction unit, the air inlet rectification unit is provided with at least one miniature rectification unit, and the miniature rectification unit can be used for rectifying and accelerating airflow entering the miniature rectification unit; the power generation unit is arranged corresponding to the air outlet of the micro rectification unit and can generate power by utilizing high-speed airflow sprayed out of the air outlet of the micro rectification unit; and the exhaust noise reduction unit is arranged corresponding to the power generation unit and can be used for reducing the noise of the airflow which is sprayed out of the micro rectification unit and acts on the power generation unit and exhausting the airflow to the atmosphere.
