The invention relates to a nano montmorillonite hollow microsphere as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: by taking nano montmorillonite as a raw material, fully reacting a sodium metasilicate aqueous solution with prepared nano montmorillonite powder under the conditions of mechanical stirring and water bath heating; and carrying out spray drying on the obtained montmorillonite suspension to prepare the nano montmorillonite hollow microspheres. The invention aims to provide a method for preparing montmorillonite hollow microspheres by only adding a small amount of sodium metasilicate to nano montmorillonite for modification aiming at the problems of many related chemical reagents, complex preparation process, high difficulty and the like in the existing montmorillonite microsphere preparation technology, and the method has the advantages of simple preparation process, mild reaction conditions, low cost and high yield. The prepared montmorillonite hollow microspheres are uniform in size, good in dispersity, high in balling rate and good in sphericity degree, cavities exist in the microspheres, and the adsorption load capacity of the montmorillonite microspheres is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种纳米蒙脱石空心微球及其制备方法与应用。该方法以纳米蒙脱石为原料,将偏硅酸钠水溶液与制备得到的纳米蒙脱石粉末在机械搅拌和水浴加热的条件下充分反应;所得的蒙脱石悬浊液进行喷雾干燥,从而制得纳米蒙脱石空心微球。本发明目的是针对目前蒙脱石微球制备技术中涉及化学试剂多,制备工艺复杂且难度大等问题,提供一种只需要对纳米蒙脱石添加少量偏硅酸钠改性来制备蒙脱石空心微球的方法,该制备工艺简单、反应条件温和,所制备的蒙脱石空心微球大小均匀、分散性好、成球率高、球形度好,且微球内部存在空腔,大大提高了蒙脱石微球的吸附负载能力。
