Novel method for preparing ettringite
The invention provides a novel method for preparing ettringite, which comprises the following steps: recycling waste concrete construction waste, crushing concrete in the waste concrete construction waste, and primarily screening to obtain recycled concrete powder; weighing the recycled concrete powder, calcium hydroxide and water in preset parts by weight according to dry weight, and uniformly stirring to obtain a blank; compacting the blank layer by layer until the mold is filled with the blank, and pressing under preset parameters to obtain a test block; maintaining the test block; and crushing to obtain ettringite. The recycled concrete powder, calcium hydroxide and water are used as raw materials to prepare ettringite, the recycled concrete powder is used as a main raw material, a large amount of construction waste is utilized, the utilization rate of resources is increased, the problems that the construction waste pollutes the environment and harms human health are effectively solved, and the environment is protected. Meanwhile, the method for preparing ettringite is low in cost and simple in preparation process, and lays a foundation for wide application of ettringite.
本发明提供了一种新型制备钙矾石的方法,包括如下步骤:回收废弃的混凝土建筑垃圾,粉碎其中的混凝土并经初筛后制得再生混凝土粉;按干重称取预设重量份数的再生混凝土粉、氢氧化钙和水,搅拌均匀制得胚料;逐层压实胚料直至填满模具,在预设参数下压制制得试块;对所述试块进行养护;破碎处理得钙矾石。本发明利用再生混凝土粉,氢氧化钙和水作为原料制备钙矾石,再生混凝土粉作为主要的原料,大量的利用了建筑垃圾,提高了资源的利用率,有效的解决了建筑垃圾污染环境,危害人体健康的问题,保护了环境。同时,本发明制备钙矾石的方法成本较低,制备工艺简单,为其广泛使用奠定了基础。
