Solid-phase-resistant discrete cement slurry system and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an anti-solid-phase discrete cement slurry system and a preparation method thereof. The cement paste system is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 600 to 700 parts of G-grade oil well cement, 15 to 25 parts of superfine cement, 0.7 to 2.1 parts of modified methylcellulose, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of anionic polyacrylamide, 0.02 to 0.05 part of zwitterionic polyacrylamide, 0.7 to 3.5 parts of dispersing agent, 1.4 to 3.5 parts of gypsum and water. The preparation method of the cement paste system comprises the following steps: carrying out dry mixing on the G-grade oil well cement, the superfine cement, the modified methylcellulose, the dispersing agent and the gypsum; adding polyacrylamide into water to obtain a polyacrylamide aqueous solution; and adding the dry mixture into a polyacrylamide aqueous solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain the solid-phase-resistant discrete cement paste system. The invention provides a cement paste system capable of aggregating solid-phase particles in the cement paste system and resisting solid-phase dispersion and formation water dilution.
