The invention relates to the field of ceramics and preparation processes thereof, in particular to a strip-shaped ceramic handicraft and a preparation method of the strip-shaped ceramic handicraft. Comprising the following components: 15-20 parts of refractory aggregate, 30-35 parts of clay, 10-15 parts of lithium feldspar, 8-12 parts of potassium feldspar, 5-8 parts of pyrophyllite, 5-7 parts of talc, 10-15 parts of quartz sand, 3-4 parts of magnesium oxide, 5-7 parts of methyl cellulose, 2-3 parts of glycerol and 1-2 parts of tung oil. A green body prepared by adopting the formula is small in thermal expansion rate and good in bending resistance and thermal stripping resistance, so that a fired ceramic rod is straight and is not easy to bend; the blank rod is fired in a suspension mode, and the blank rod is kept in a straight state through self weight, so that the blank rod cannot be bent in the firing process; the three glazes on the surface of the blank rod are blended in the middle to form gray and brown alternated mottled textures, and the whole body is transited from grey white to brown, so that a unique vintage aesthetic feeling is achieved.
本发明涉及陶瓷及其制备工艺领域，具体涉及一种条形陶瓷工艺品及其制备方法，坯棒的原料以重量份计，包括如下组分：耐火骨料15‑20份、黏土30‑35份、锂长石10‑15份、钾长石8‑12份、叶腊石5‑8份、滑石5‑7份、石英砂10‑15份、氧化镁3‑4份、甲基纤维素5‑7份、甘油2‑3份、桐油1‑2份。采用本配方制得的坯体热膨胀率小，抗弯曲性和抗热剥落性好，因此烧成后的陶瓷棒笔直而不易弯曲；坯棒采用悬吊的方式烧成，通过自重使得自身保持笔直的状态，因此在烧成过程中不会发生弯曲；坯棒表面的三种釉料在中部交融，形成灰色和棕色交替的斑驳纹理，整体由灰白色向棕色过渡，具有独特的仿旧美感。
