The special plastic refractory for the CFB target region comprises aggregate, fine powder, a reinforcing agent, a composite binding agent, a composite mineralizing agent, a composite plasticizer, a humectant and the like. The aggregate is a high-aluminum electroceramic recycled material and brown aluminum oxide; the fine powder is fused corundum, silicon carbide and fused quartz. The raw materials are intensively mixed and ground for 10-25 minutes to be uniform, extruded into mud pies, sealed and packaged, and stored for later use. The raw materials are relatively cheap, the product strength is high, the wear resistance is good, the heat conductivity is low, a red kiln in a target region is avoided, the service life of the target region of the cyclone separator of the CFB boiler is ultra-long (more than or equal to 8 years), the cost performance is high, and the customer acceptance is high.
本发明的一种CFB靶区专用可塑料包括骨料、细粉、增强剂、复合结合剂、复合矿化剂、复合增塑剂、保湿剂等。骨料为高铝电瓷回收料和棕刚玉；细粉为电熔刚玉、碳化硅、熔融石英。将上述原料强力混碾10～25min至均匀，压挤成泥团密封包装，存放待用。本发明的原材料相对廉价，产品强度高、耐磨性能好、热导率低，避免靶区红窑，使用在CFB锅炉旋风分离器靶区寿命超长(≥8年)，性价比高，客户接受度高。
