本发明属于建筑材料化学外加剂技术领域,尤其公开了一种采用淀粉来制备水泥水化放热调控材料的干法制备方法。该干法制备方法采用淀粉和硼酸在高温无溶剂条件下、经无机酸催化水解淀粉来制备淀粉基水泥水化放热调控材料,与传统的湿法水解淀粉的制备方法相比,不仅解决了因糊精的水化热调控效果与淀粉的水解速率的矛盾而导致的生产效率和设备利用率低下的问题,同时解决了小分子糖类化合物对水泥混凝土造成的凝结时间延长问题,且还取消了分离工艺,进一步提升了生产效率,提高了性价比。本发明还公开了经上述干法制备方法制备获得的淀粉基水泥水化放热调控材料在水泥材料中的应用,其尤其适用于掺加了钙类、镁类或钙镁类膨胀材料的膨胀混凝土。
