Low-temperature rapid dispersing type ester polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a low-temperature rapid dispersing type ester polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The ester polycarboxylic acid water reducer is formed by copolymerizing a hydroxyl-terminated polyether macromonomer, acrylic acid, an ester macromonomer and a functional monomer C through a copolymerization reaction. Compared with the prior art, the ester polycarboxylic acid water reducer provided by the invention has the advantages that the adsorption rate and the early-stage adsorption capacity of the ester polycarboxylic acid water reducer on the surface of cement particles are remarkably improved, the adsorption capacity of the water reducer in the later stage can be kept at a relatively high level, the cement paste dispersion time of the water reducer is short, and the required water reducer is less under the condition that the same initial paste fluidity requirement is met; the water reducer is high in dispersion speed at low temperature, good in dispersion performance and good in slump retaining performance.
本发明涉及混凝土外加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种低温快速分散型酯类聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。该酯类聚羧酸减水剂由羟基封端聚醚大单体、丙烯酸、酯类大单体与功能单体C经共聚反应共聚而成。本发明提供的酯类聚羧酸减水剂,其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附速率和早期吸附量得到显著提升,而且后期减水剂吸附量能保持在较高水平,使用该减水剂的水泥的净浆分散时间短,并且在达到相同初始净浆流动度要求下,需要的该减水剂少;该减水剂在低温下分散速度快,分散性能好,而且保坍性能良好。
