Compared with the prior art, by arranging the rotating platform, the hanging basket assembly can be rotated, the hanging basket assembly can be conveniently arranged on the two sides and the bottom face of a bridge, and operation is easy; the movable trolley is arranged to be conveniently matched with the hanging basket assembly to be arranged on the top faces of the same side or the two sides of the bridge and can move in the bridge direction according to maintenance requirements.
