The invention discloses a large-dip-angle bridge tower active cross brace and support mounting and dismounting method which comprises the steps that a steel pipe active support is additionally arranged between two tower columns every certain construction sections to serve as a temporary supporting rod for main tower construction, the tower columns are provided with a plurality of horizontal cross braces, and each support is provided with two steel pipes; before concrete is poured into the tower column, the embedded steel plate and the climbing cone are embedded to the designed position in advance; before tower column horizontal cross braces are installed, a construction operation platform and a construction channel are installed on the inner sides of the two tower columns, then anchor plates and supports are installed, and stay pipes are hoisted to designated positions to be installed through a tower crane; and according to analysis and calculation, the magnitude of the jacking force is determined, and the jacking force is applied. The supporting problem in large-dip-angle bridge tower construction is effectively solved, additional bending moment generated by self weight and construction load can be eliminated through the arranged active cross braces and supports, then it is ensured that no crack is generated on the tower limbs, and the influence on the overall line shape of the cable bent tower is effectively reduced.
