Underwater bubble anti-icing and deicing experimental simulation system
The invention discloses an underwater bubble anti-icing and de-icing experimental simulation system which is characterized in that a transparent water tank of the underwater bubble anti-icing and de-icing experimental simulation system is arranged on an anti-vibration table and is communicated with a flowing seawater control system; the flowing seawater control system is used for simulating a bubble anti-icing and de-icing process under a flowing seawater condition; the static seawater control system is used for simulating a bubble ice preventing and removing process under a static seawater condition and pre-cooling experimental water in the transparent water tank to a specific temperature; the water surface ice making system comprises a water cooling plate main body communicated with the cold source system; a space is formed among the ice layer, the transparent water tank and the partition plate, and environment temperature control in the space is achieved through an environment control system. The air system is used for generating bubbles at the bottom in the transparent water tank. The underwater bubble ice preventing and removing experiment simulation system is low in manufacturing cost, easy and convenient to operate, capable of achieving ice layer in-situ freezing and large ice layer freezing speed, and capable of observing, recording and analyzing the bubble form and ice surface condition in the whole experiment process.
本发明公开了一种水下气泡防除冰实验模拟系统,该水下气泡防除冰实验模拟系统的透明水箱置于防震台上,并与流动海水控制系统相连通;流动海水控制系统用于模拟在流动海水状况下的气泡防除冰过程;静止海水控制系统用于模拟静止海水状况下的气泡防除冰过程,并对透明水箱内的实验用水预降温至特定温度;水面制冰系统包括与冷源系统连通的水冷板主体;在冰层、透明水箱与隔板之间形成一个空间,空间内的环境温度控制由环境控制系统实现;空气系统用于在透明水箱内底部产生气泡。上述水下气泡防除冰实验模拟系统造价低廉、操作简便,能够实现冰层原位冻结和较大的冰层冻结速度,并且可对整个实验过程的气泡形态及冰面情况观测进行记录分析。
