The vibroflotation construction method for obtaining the diameter of the whole gravel pile comprises the steps that self-adaptive control is conducted on launching of a vibroflotation gravel pile machine, and gravel pile hole construction is rapidly completed; gravel fillers are placed in the gravel pile holes in batches, the gravel fillers placed in the gravel pile holes in batches are subjected to vibroflotation densification one by one through the vibroflotation device, and N gravel pile sections are formed; the pile diameter of each gravel pile section is calculated and stored according to the filling amount of the gravel filling materials placed in the gravel pile holes in each batch; and splicing and integrating the pile diameters of all the gravel pile sections obtained through calculation one by one to obtain the whole pile diameter of the gravel pile for marking the pile diameter of each gravel pile section, and completely displaying the whole pile diameter of the gravel pile. According to the method, the supply amount of the water pressure is accurately controlled according to the compactness of different stratums, frequent adjustment of the pore forming speed is avoided, vibro-replacement construction is accelerated, and the gravel pile formed by vibro-replacement gravel filler is tightly combined with the soil layer.
本发明公开一种获得碎石桩整桩直径的振冲施工方法,包括:通过对振冲碎石桩机下水进行自适应控制,快速完成碎石桩孔施工;将碎石填料分批次置入所述碎石桩孔中,通过所述振冲器逐一对分批次置入所述碎石桩孔中的碎石填料进行振冲加密,形成N个碎石桩段;利用每批次置入碎石桩孔内的碎石填料的填料量,计算并保存每个碎石桩段的桩径;通过将计算得到的所有碎石桩段桩径逐一进行拼接整合,得到分别标示每个碎石桩段桩径的碎石桩整桩桩径,并完整地显示碎石桩整桩桩径。本发明方法,根据不同地层密实度精确控制下水压力的供给量,避免造孔速度频繁调整,使振冲施工加速进行,并使振冲碎石填料形成的碎石桩与土层紧密结合在一起。
