An upper T-shaped block arranged on the upper rotating rod in a sleeving mode is arranged on one side of the upper rotating rod, one end of the second supporting rod is rotationally connected with the lower end of the first supporting rod, a lower T-shaped block arranged on the lower rotating rod in a sleeving mode is arranged on the second supporting rod, and a T-shaped groove is formed in the bottom of the arc-shaped clamping plate.
