Method for installing pile plug of closed pipe pile core
The invention relates to the technical field of tubular piles, and discloses a pile plug mounting method for sealing a tubular pile core, which comprises the following mounting steps: 1) embedding a tubular pile into a soil body, the tubular pile is internally provided with the pile core, and the upper part of the pile core is provided with a mounting position; two wedges are placed in the mounting position of the pile core; (2) a plug plate is placed in the mounting position of the pile core, the inner sides of the two wedges are embedded in the plug plate, the outer sides of the wedges abut against the inner side wall of the pile core, and the periphery of the plug plate abuts against the inner side wall of the pile core; and (3) the two wedges are driven to move upwards, the plug plate is driven to move downwards till the plug plate and the two wedges are relatively fixed in the pile core, and the pile core is closed. Thus, after the pipe pile is fed into the set depth through the pile feeder subsequently, the plug plate and the two wedges are relatively fixed in the pile core, the installation position is plugged, and the situation that the pile core is filled with soil or cement paste, and consequently a reinforcement cage and core filling concrete cannot be constructed in the later period is avoided.
