Hydraulic structure with maintenance system
The invention provides a hydraulic structure with a maintenance system. The hydraulic structure comprises a working body, a driving device, a driving device chamber and the maintenance system. The top elevation of the driving device chamber is lower than the normal water level, and the driving device is located in the driving device chamber and drives the working body to switch the working state and the non-working state. The overhauling system comprises an overhauling opening, a sealing device and a pipeline channel, the overhauling opening is formed in the upper portion of the driving device chamber, the sealing device is movably or detachably connected with the upper portion of the driving device chamber, and the sealing device can seal the overhauling opening so as to seal the driving device chamber; the pipeline channel extends from the shore to the driving device chamber and is communicated with the driving device chamber. The structure is simplified, and the construction cost and the engineering cost are lower; environmental pollution caused by diffusion of greasy dirt from a driving device chamber and a pipeline channel to a river channel can be avoided; and corridor-free maintenance of structures such as hydraulic pipelines and cables can be realized through the maintenance system.
本发明提供了一种具有检修系统的水工建筑物,包括工作主体、驱动装置、驱动装置室和检修系统;所述驱动装置室的顶部高程低于常水位,驱动装置位于驱动装置室内,驱动装置驱动工作主体切换工作状态和非工作状态;所述检修系统包括检修口、密封装置和管线通道,检修口开设于驱动装置室的上部,密封装置与驱动装置室的上部可活动或者可拆卸连接,并且密封装置可封住检修口从而密封驱动装置室,管线通道从岸边延伸至驱动装置室并与驱动装置室连通。本发明的结构简化,施工成本和工程造价更低;可以避免油污从驱动装置室、管线通道扩散至河道造成环境污染;可通过检修系统实现对液压管路、线缆等结构的无廊道检修。
