The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place piles, and discloses a cast-in-place bored pile concrete pouring height monitoring method which comprises the steps that a pH probe is arranged at the set height position of a drill hole; the pH probe is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the background machine; in the process of pouring concrete into the drill hole, the background machine sends a control instruction to the controller at regular time, the controller controls the pH probe to feed back a data instruction after receiving the control instruction, the pH probe feeds back the data instruction to the background machine, the background machine analyzes the feedback instruction to obtain pH data, and when the increase rate of the pH data exceeds a threshold value within set time, the background machine sends the pH data to the controller. The pH data are kept fluctuating within a set range, and it is judged that the concrete poured into the drill hole reaches a set height position; the controller controls the pH probe to feed back the data instruction, the background machine obtains the pH data through analysis according to the data instruction, whether the concrete in the drill hole is poured to the set height position or not is judged, the monitoring precision is good, and the cost is low.
