The invention provides a mining area scale water resource allocation system and a mining area scale water resource allocation method. The mining area scale water resource allocation system comprises a first pipeline which is communicated with the earth surface and an underground reservoir and is provided with a first valve; the first water pump is mounted on the first pipeline; the end, exposed out of the earth surface, of the first pipeline communicates with the irrigation device; the second pipeline is communicated with the surface water and the underground aquifer, and a second valve is mounted on the second pipeline; the third pipeline is communicated with the underground aquifer and the underground reservoir, and a third valve is mounted on the third pipeline. By adopting the system, the underground reservoir and the ground surface, the surface water and the underground aquifer, and the underground aquifer and the underground reservoir are respectively communicated by virtue of the pipelines, so that the underground reservoir, the underground aquifer and the surface water resources are fully and comprehensively utilized, the scientific allocation among the underground reservoir, the underground aquifer and the surface water resources is realized, and the waste of water resources is reduced; and the utilization rate of mining area water resources is improved.
本发明提供一种矿区尺度水资源调配系统及矿区尺度水资源调配方法。矿区尺度水资源调配系统包括:第一管路,连通地表与地下水库,其上安装有第一阀门;第一水泵,安装于第一管路上;灌溉装置,第一管路露出地表的一端连通灌溉装置;第二管路,连通地表水与地下含水层,其上安装有第二阀门;第三管路,连通地下含水层与地下水库,其上安装有第三阀门。采用本发明,分别借助管路连通地下水库与地表、地表水与地下含水层,以及地下含水层与地下水库,充分综合利用地下水库、地下含水层和地表水资源,实现地下水库、地下含水层和地表水资源之间的科学调配,减少水资源浪费,提升了矿区水资源的利用率。
