The invention relates to a rainwater collection and utilization system, and belongs to the technical field of rainwater collection devices. Comprising a mounting frame which is horizontally arranged and is of a hollow structure, a plurality of stand columns are fixedly connected to the bottom of the mounting frame, the stand columns are of hollow structures communicated with the mounting frame, and a water outlet is formed in the bottom of at least one stand column; the water collecting rods are uniformly distributed in the mounting frame and are communicated with the interior of the mounting frame, the water collecting rods are parallel to one another, each water collecting rod is of a U-shaped structure with an opening in the top, and a first sealing plate and a second sealing plate are hinged to the two sides of the top of each water collecting rod in the width direction of the water collecting rod respectively; and the driving mechanism is used for controlling the plurality of first sealing plates and the plurality of second sealing plates to turn over. By means of the rainwater collecting device, the problems that in the prior art, a rainwater collecting device is prone to being affected by wind power, low in space utilization rate, tedious in operation and low in functionality are solved.
