A kitchen waste processor comprises a machine shell and a grinding cavity, a grinding disc which is driven by a driving mechanism to rotate is installed in the grinding cavity, the grinding disc comprises an upper grinding disc and a lower grinding disc which are fixed to each other, an annular groove is formed between the periphery of the lower grinding disc and the periphery of the upper grinding disc, and a rotary shear is restrained in the annular groove. The periphery of the lower grinding disc is in a sawtooth shape, the periphery of the rotary shear is of a knife edge structure, and the rotating speed of the rotary shear is smaller than that of the lower grinding disc, so that the rotary shear and the lower grinding disc are in shear fit. According to the kitchen waste disposer, the rotary shear capable of rotating relative to the lower grinding disc is arranged between the upper grinding disc and the lower grinding disc, the knife edge part of the rotary shear is in shearing fit with the sawtooth part of the lower grinding disc, waste in the grinding process can be sheared by the rotary shear, and particularly fibrous waste is pulled to a shearing area to be sheared; therefore, the treatment capacity of the fiber kitchen garbage is improved, and the anti-blocking performance of the garbage processor is improved.
