The invention discloses an illumination and decoration integrated plate which comprises a low-temperature curing forming facing layer, a low-temperature curing forming back plate layer and a lamp bead layer fixed between the low-temperature curing forming facing layer and the low-temperature curing forming back plate layer, and at least one face of the lamp bead layer is a light-emitting face. And the light-emitting surface faces the low-temperature curing molding facing layer. The invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the plate. Compared with the prior art, the lamp beads are embedded in the board, the board can emit light after being powered on, on one hand, the lighting effect is achieved, on the other hand, lamplight can serve as one of artistic elements, and the board is made to present colorful artistic styles.
