The invention discloses a floor with a replaceable surface board and a paving and replacing process of the floor. The floor with the replaceable surface board comprises a base material layer, a layer of adhesive film laid on the base material layer and a layer of surface board laid on the adhesive film. The adhesive film is clamped between the base material layer and the surface board. And the melting temperature of the adhesive film is 60-140 DEG C. At least three surface boards are adhered to each base material layer, and the edge of each surface board and the edge of the adhered base material layer are arranged in a staggered manner. When the surface board of the floor is replaced, the base material layer cannot be pulled up when the surface board and the adhesive film are torn off, so that the subsequent replacement can be smoothly carried out. And after the surface board and the adhesive film which are to be replaced are torn off, a new adhesive film and a new surface board can be laid, so that the replacement of the surface board is completed. The invention further discloses a paving and replacing process of the floor with the replaceable surface board.
