The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building construction, in particular to fabricated building prefabricated part mounting equipment which comprises an adjusting frame and a linkage positioning frame, the periphery of the bottom end of the adjusting frame is connected with the linkage positioning frame, and adaptive grabbing assemblies are symmetrically distributed at the two ends of the adjusting frame; the adaptive grabbing assembly comprises a portal frame, an adjusting air cylinder, a vertical air cylinder frame, a limiting jacking pile, a grabbing frame, a friction plate and a steel bar hole ring. The overall frame type moving structure can be arranged at the position of a floor plate needing to be assembled and constructed, a high-adaptability grabbing frame is matched to grab a laminated slab prefabricated part, positioning is formed by penetrating and combining a supporting plate frame and a reinforcing steel bar hole ring, and therefore linkage supporting of the side position and the bottom of the part can be formed only by bearing force at the two ends; the whole structure is flexible, the grabbing process is stable and safe, assembly work can be completed without cooperation of operators with a crane for long-distance communication and adjustment, and more efficiency and convenience are achieved.
