The invention discloses a jig frame positioning method which comprises the following steps that firstly, a plurality of jig frames are obtained, each jig frame comprises a base, a supporting column and a flange plate, one end of each supporting column is connected with the corresponding base, the other end of each supporting column is connected with the corresponding flange plate, the flange plates are in an inclined state relative to the horizontal plane, and the bases of the jig frames are installed on the ground; step 2, according to the jig frame data of the plurality of jig frames, inputting the jig frame data into a total station, establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system, and obtaining the three-dimensional coordinate of the center position of the flange plate of each jig frame through the total station; 3, the minimum height h1 and the maximum height h2 of the flange plate of each jig frame are obtained, one jig frame serves as the standard, the flange plates of the other jig frames are rotated in the vertical direction, the installation angles of the other jig frames are determined, and therefore the installation angles of the other jig frames can be obtained only by finding the coordinate points of the center positions of the flange plates through the total station. And by measuring the minimum height or the maximum height of the flange plate, the positioning precision of the jig frame can be improved.
