The invention provides a deodorization device for a sewage sludge treatment facility and a use method. The deodorization device comprises a sludge unloading workshop in a micro-negative pressure state, a stock bin, a sludge unloading vehicle, a control electric box and a spraying system. The mud unloading workshop comprises two sets of electric roller shutter doors, an electric air valve system and a manual air valve system, the two sets of electric roller shutter doors are installed at the inlet end and the outlet end of the mud unloading workshop respectively, and the electric air valve system and the manual air valve system are arranged in the mud unloading workshop. In the sludge collection process, odor overflow can be avoided, the working environment is improved, meanwhile, automatic control over odor collection in the sludge discharging process is achieved, the air volume of tail end deodorization equipment is effectively saved, and the cost input of fixed equipment and the daily operation cost are reduced.
