The invention discloses a clutch assembly of a motor lock body. The clutch assembly comprises a clutch shell, a power mechanism, a speed reducing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, a fourth gear, a swing rod, a second shaft, a third shaft and a fourth shaft. The second shaft and the fourth shaft are rotationally connected into the clutch shell, the first gear is fixedly installed on the second shaft, the second gear, the fourth gear and one end of the swing rod are fixedly connected to the fourth shaft, and the third gear is rotationally connected to the other end of the swing rod through the third shaft; the third gear is meshed with the fourth gear, the power mechanism drives the second gear to rotate through the speed reducing mechanism and the transmission mechanism, so that the second gear drives the swing rod to drive the third gear to be meshed with the first gear, and the fourth gear drives the first gear to rotate through the third gear. The invention further discloses a motor lock body comprising the clutch assembly. Motor driving and mechanical driving do not influence each other, and the problem that mechanical unlocking cannot be achieved due to the fact that motor driving separation is not in place is solved.
