The invention discloses a transmission assembly, a back door lock device and an automobile, the transmission assembly comprises a transmission part, a suction disc and a driving disc, the transmission part comprises a transmission wheel and a transmission column which are connected, and the transmission part rotates around the axial direction of the transmission column; the suction disc is connected to the end, away from the transmission wheel, of the transmission column, and the suction disc and the transmission column are relatively fixed through shaft hole connection. The driving disc is arranged on the transmission column in a sleeving mode and located between the suction disc and the transmission wheel, and the suction disc drives the driving disc to rotate around the transmission column. The suction disc and the driving disc are used for driving the back door lock device to be unlocked or locked. The transmission assembly is simple in structure, power can be transmitted to the maximum extent, and power loss of the back door lock device in the locking or unlocking process is avoided.
