The invention relates to a cementitious composition comprising a proportion of 0.05% to 1% by weight, based on the proportion of cement, of a silicone composite (S), at least 70% by weight of which consists of units of formula (1): R1R2 (OR3) xSiO (2-x)/2 (1), where R1 is methyl, R2 may be the same or different among all units of formula (1), in formula (1), R1 may be a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and is a monovalent, SiC-bonded aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 4 to 22 carbon atoms, R3 may be the same or different in all units of formula (1), and is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and x is 0 or 1. The invention also relates to a method for the overall hydrophobization of a cementitious composition in which a silicone composite (S) is added prior to the solidification of the cementitious composition.
