The invention relates to an intelligent conference hall which realizes adaptive adjustment of a conference desktop, adjustment of ceiling floor height and adjustment of the number and position of displays based on a specially designed structure. Furthermore, on the basis of identification of identity information and position information of participating users, automatic adjustment of various execution mechanisms including a lifting unit and a display in the intelligent conference hall is carried out. According to the invention, based on identification of the identity information and the position information of the participating users, the conference materials matched with each participating user can be prepared corresponding to the identity and the position of each participating user, and the conference materials are pushed to the corresponding interaction equipment; and the function module corresponding to the authority matched with the identity information in the application system is opened on the interaction equipment, and the function module can be used under the state that the participant user does not log in, so that the use of the participant user is facilitated, and the unauthorized operation is prevented.
本发明涉及一种智能会议厅，基于特别设计的结构，实现会议桌面的适配调整、天花板层高的调整、显示器的数量及位置调整；进一步地，基于对参会用户的身份信息、位置信息进行识别，进行智能会议厅内包括升降单元、显示器在内的各类执行机构的自动调整。本发明基于对参会用户的身份信息、位置信息进行识别，还能够对应每位参会用户的身份、位置，准备匹配每位参会用户的会议材料，并推送至相应的交互设备；并在交互设备上打开应用系统中与其身份信息匹配的权限对应的功能模块，在参会用户不进行登录的状态下，即可使用，不仅方便参会用户使用，而且防止越权操作。
