Round pipe culvert splicing device
The invention belongs to the technical field of culvert construction, and particularly relates to a round pipe culvert splicing device which comprises a movable vehicle body. A driving crawler belt is mounted at the bottom of the movable vehicle body; a culvert pipe is hoisted to the bottom of a fixed sleeve through a rope, then a driving crawler drives a movable vehicle body to move to the position where installation is needed, a first threaded rod rotates to drive a lifting arm to ascend and descend, meanwhile, a rotating base drives a sliding base to rotate, and a first driving gear is controlled to rotate to stretch out a first sliding arm; and meanwhile, through the structural design that a rotating rod and a rotating plate rotate, a second threaded rod rotates to drive a sliding block to slide, and the position of the culvert pipe is finely adjusted, the function that the culvert pipe can be spliced and installed more conveniently is achieved, and when the culvert pipe is hoisted, the culvert pipe can be conveniently and more accurately butted and fixed; and many operators need to be matched with hoisting of the culvert pipe, so that manpower is consumed in splicing of the culvert pipe.
本发明属于涵洞施工技术领域,具体的说是一种圆管涵洞拼接装置,包括移动车体;所述移动车体的底部安装有驱动履带;通过使用绳索将涵管吊装在固定套管的底部,之后通过驱动履带带动移动车体移动至需安装的位置处后,通过第一螺纹杆的转动带动升降臂进行升降,同时通过转动座带动滑动座进行转动,并控制第一驱动齿轮转动将第一滑动臂伸出,同时通过转动杆与转动板的转动,以及第二螺纹杆的转动带动滑动块进行滑动,对涵管的位置进行微调的结构设计,实现了可使得涵管的拼接安装更加方便的功能,有效的解决了在吊装涵管时,为方便涵管可更加准确的对接固定,需要许多的操作人员配合涵管的吊装,导致对涵管的拼接较为耗费人力的问题。
