The repair mortar is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 15-20 parts of cement, 5-8 parts of a mineral admixture, 40-65 parts of sand, 5-8 parts of porous fine particles, 1.2-4.5 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1.9-3.0 parts of a functional component and 5-12 parts of water. The prepared repair mortar has good freezing resistance, sulfate corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance, permeability resistance, cohesiveness, workability and mechanical properties, can be transported in bags, can be constructed by adding water and stirring on site, can adopt construction processes such as pouring, spraying and slip form, is particularly suitable for concrete structures such as roads, bridges, tunnels and dams under large temperature difference and salt freezing environments, and has a wide application prospect.
