Method for preparing autoclaved brick from lithium slag solid waste
The invention relates to a method for preparing an autoclaved brick by using lithium slag solid waste, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing lithium slag, quicklime and water to obtain a mixture, standing and digesting the mixture at a certain temperature and pressure to obtain a blank, carrying out pressure-maintaining molding on the blank, demolding, carrying out heat preservation, obtaining a blank body after heat preservation, taking out the blank body, stacking, and drying to obtain the autoclaved brick. Feeding into a still kettle and carrying out steam pressing by using saturated steam; and after autoclaving, cooling to a certain temperature, exhausting, relieving pressure and discharging from the kettle to obtain the autoclaved brick. The autoclaved brick is prepared from the industrial waste lithium slag through a specific raw material ratio and process, and the method is expected to solve the problems that the lithium slag is limited in utilization range and low in utilization rate in industrial production, a large number of traditional resources are used during utilization, otherwise, the lithium slag can only be placed in the open air, a large number of land resources are occupied, and the environment is polluted. The obtained autoclaved brick has the advantages of high strength, low density and complete appearance, and the anti-freezing, anti-compression and anti-fracture effects are higher than the national standard.
本发明涉及一种利用锂渣固体废弃物制备蒸压砖的方法,先将锂渣、生石灰、水混合均匀,得到混合料,然后将混合料在一定温度及压力条件下静置消化,得到胚料,再将胚料保压成型,脱模后进行保温,保温结束后得到胚体,再将胚体取出后堆垛,送入蒸压釜中采用饱和蒸汽蒸压;蒸压结束后,冷却至一定温度排气泄压出釜,得到蒸压砖。本发明使用工业废锂渣,通过特定的原料配比和工艺制备得到蒸压砖,该方法有望解决锂渣在工业生产中利用范围有限、利用率低,利用时大量使用传统资源,否则只能露天摆放占据大量土地资源、污染环境的问题,所得到的蒸压砖具有强度高,密度低外观完整,抗冻抗压和抗折效果均高于国标标准的优点。
