Method for preparing graphite saggar from waste battery powder
The invention provides a method for preparing a graphite sagger by using waste battery powder. The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out low-temperature acid leaching, and sieving to separate large-particle metal copper; s2, secondary acid leaching is carried out, and metal ions are further removed; s3, roasting to remove fluorine, and adding sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide to remove residual copper and high-valence metal oxide; s4, washing, drying, crushing, sieving and demagnetizing to obtain carbon powder; and S5, carbon powder, asphalt powder, a ketone-based binder and bagasse are mixed according to the mass ratio to prepare the graphite sagger. According to the technical scheme, the waste battery powder is treated through low-temperature acid leaching, most unreacted metal copper can be obtained only through simple screening, a generated precious metal solution is also convenient for follow-up refining, multiple kinds of filtrate in the process can be recycled, and the prepared graphite saggar is excellent in various performance indexes and can be suitable for the photovoltaic industry; and the lithium battery industry; in the whole process, the waste battery powder is fully utilized, the green circulating production requirement is met, the cost is low, the utilization rate is high, and the method can be vigorously popularized and applied.
本发明提供一种利用废旧电池粉制备石墨匣钵的方法,包括以下步骤:S1低温酸浸,过筛分离大颗粒金属铜;S2二次酸浸,进一步去除金属离子;S3焙烧除氟,加硫酸、双氧水除剩余铜和高价金属氧化物;S4洗涤、烘干、破碎,过筛,除磁得碳粉;S5将碳粉、沥青粉、酮基粘结剂、甘蔗渣按照质量比混合制备石墨匣钵。本发明技术方案采用了低温酸浸处理废旧电池粉,仅通过简单过筛即可得到大部分未反应的金属铜,其中产生的贵重金属溶液也便于后续提炼,中途多种滤液也可进行回用,制备的石墨匣钵各项性能指标优异,可适用于光伏行业,和锂电池行业;整个工艺中废旧电池粉进行了充分利用,符合绿色循环生产要求,成本低、利用率高,可大力推广应用。
