The upper portions of the two cutting slopes are each fixedly connected with a set of second connecting blocks. The first auxiliary block and the second auxiliary block are inserted into the first positioning frame and the second positioning frame at different positions respectively to position and tension the protective net, and then the first limiting bolt and the second limiting bolt are screwed into the first positioning frame and the second positioning frame respectively to complete installation of the protective net. The problem that the labor intensity of workers is large due to the fact that operation is tedious when a protective net is laid through an existing high-filling deep-excavation roadbed cutting is solved.
