The modular splicing cable working well comprises a cable working well body, the cable working well body is composed of a well lid, surrounding edge splicing plates and a base, and long-strip-shaped grooves matched with the surrounding edge splicing plates are formed in the positions, close to the four side edges, of the upper surface of the base; a long-strip-shaped groove is formed in the base, four surrounding edge splicing plates perpendicular to the base are embedded and installed in the long-strip-shaped groove, a plurality of wire penetrating holes are formed in each surrounding edge splicing plate and used for cables to penetrate in, and inwards-concave long-strip-shaped containing grooves are formed in the opposite inner side walls, close to the top, of each surrounding edge splicing plate. The well cover is embedded into the long-strip-shaped containing groove of the surrounding edge jointed board and is flush with the surrounding edge jointed board, and a cable working well body of a square structure is formed.
