By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, a foundation of a house is often affected with damp due to unreasonable structure arrangement is solved, and the bottom layer supporting mechanism can serve as a base for installing a steel structure building sample; meanwhile, the bottom layer supporting mechanism forms a plurality of moisture insulation layers through cooperation of a base and a top table, the influence of rising of moisture from the underground on the steel structure building sample can be effectively prevented, and meanwhile underground seepage water can be dredged and drained through a drainage assembly; and the situation that the steel structure building sample is continuously affected with damp due to accumulated water below the base is avoided.
