A quick connecting structure between an aluminum alloy cross beam and a stand column comprises a base plate installed on an inner hole of the stand column and a butt joint base installed on an inner hole of the cross beam. Wherein the base plate comprises a main plate body, an upper connecting groove and a lower connecting groove are formed in the end face of the main plate body, and the lower end face of the lower connecting groove penetrates through the lower end face of the base plate to form an open groove; wherein the butt joint seat comprises a hinge seat and a lever seat which is hinged on the back surface of the hinge seat in a swinging manner, a plurality of riveting holes are formed in the hinge seat, and fixing rivets penetrate through the cross beam to be connected with the riveting holes, so that the hinge seat is fixed on an inner hole of the cross beam. The connecting device has the beneficial effects that the base plate, the butt joint seat and an adjustable hinge mechanism are introduced, so that the connecting efficiency is greatly improved. Compared with a traditional multi-bolt connection mode, the connection of the cross beam and the stand column can be completed in a very short time through the structure, the complexity of manual operation is reduced, and therefore the overall efficiency of a project is improved.
一种铝合金横梁与立柱之间的快速连接结构,其包括安装在立柱内孔上的垫板,及安装在横梁内孔上的对接座;其中,所述的垫板包括主板体,主板体的端面上设置有上连接槽及下连接槽,所述的下连接槽的下端面贯穿垫板的下端面,形成开口槽;其中,所述的对接座包括铰接座及摆动式铰接安装在其背面上的杠杆座,铰接座上设置有若干铆接孔,固定铆钉穿过横梁与铆接孔连接,将铰接座固定在横梁的内孔上。本发明的有益效果是:通过引入垫板、对接座和可调的铰接机制,大幅提高了连接的效率。相较于传统的多螺栓连接方式,这种结构能够在极短的时间内完成横梁与立柱的连接,降低了人工操作的复杂性,从而提高了工程的整体效率。
