The invention relates to an integrated ventilation and illumination assembly type wall system which comprises a plurality of wall assembly units, keels and a lamp body, and the keels are arranged on the back faces of the wall assembly units and used for connecting and supporting the wall assembly units. According to the invention, the air supply pipeline and the air return pipeline are mounted between the keel and the wallboard, so that the positions of the air supply pipeline and the air return pipeline are relatively low, subsequent overhaul and maintenance by workers are facilitated, and the space between the wallboard and the keel can be fully utilized; and through the cooperation of the air supply duct and the air supply outlet and the cooperation of the air return duct and the air return inlet, the device is convenient to flexibly expand and ventilate during installation and use, so that a good ventilation environment can be conveniently constructed in public spaces such as hospital corridors and the like.
