Positioning device and method for embedded sleeve
The positioning device comprises an upper positioning seat and a lower positioning seat, the upper positioning seat and the lower positioning seat are the same in structure and are each provided with a center shaft and a plurality of positioning pieces, and the positioning pieces form concentric circles and are used for clamping the sleeve; an upper locating piece and a lower locating piece are further included, the upper locating piece and the upper locating seat are coaxially arranged, and the lower locating piece and the lower locating seat are coaxially arranged; the upper locating piece and the lower locating piece are provided with a plurality of pairs of magnets in one-to-one correspondence, and the magnets on the upper locating piece and the lower locating piece are opposite in polarity. The telescopic supporting rod penetrates through the axis of the lower positioning seat and the axis of the lower locating piece to connect the lower positioning seat and the lower locating piece. The invention further discloses a construction method thereof. According to the positioning device, accurate positioning is achieved through the magnetism of the magnets on the upper positioning piece and the lower positioning piece, the pair of magnets can attract each other across the formwork, then the position of the embedded casing pipe is determined, and therefore the casing pipe can be conveniently and accurately positioned when the casing pipe is embedded.
本发明公开了一种预埋套管的定位装置,包括上定位座、下定位座,上、下定位座结构相同,均具有中心轴和若干定位片,定位片构成同心圆,用以夹抱套管;还包括上寻位件、下寻位件,上寻位件与上定位座同轴布置,下寻位件与下定位座同轴布置;上、下寻位件具有一一对应的若干对磁体,且上、下寻位件上磁体的极性相反;还包括一伸缩支撑杆,穿过下定位座和下寻位件的轴心将它们相连。本发明还公开了其施工方法。本发明利用上、下寻位件上磁体的磁性来精准定位,一对磁体可隔着模板互相吸引,进而确定预埋套管的位置,以此方便准确地在预埋套管时对其进行定位。
