The invention provides thin flexible multifunctional electric heating wall cloth which comprises a base layer, a heat reflection layer, an electric heating film, an insulating rubber layer, a heat conduction layer and a surface function decoration layer which are tightly and firmly attached together through a hot pressing technology by adopting a high-temperature-resistant adhesive. The surface of the base layer is covered with a water-based biological adhesive serving as back glue so as to be tightly bonded with the wall surface in the laying process; in actual use, the electrothermal film is electrified to heat the wall cloth, and heat is uniformly radiated outwards through the heat conduction layer, so that the temperature in a room is increased. According to the invention, uniform heating of the wall surface can be realized, point-like or local heating conditions of products such as wall heating plates and wall heating pictures are avoided, the controllability is obviously enhanced, the temperature difference can be effectively reduced, and the comfort level is improved; meanwhile, the composite wall cloth is light, colorful in veneer, easy to install, easy and convenient to maintain, low in use cost and capable of being widely applied to indoor overall heating in different scenes such as buildings, offices and medical facilities, and customized heating solutions are provided for users with different requirements.
