The invention relates to a medical health maintenance fabricated building supporting structure which comprises a sleeve. The movable rod is arranged in the sleeve in a sliding manner; one end of each rotating rod is circumferentially and equidistantly pivoted to the end surface of the top of the movable rod; the sliding grooves are formed in the side wall of the movable rod and correspond to the rotating rods one to one, the sliding grooves vertically extend downwards from the top face of the movable rod, and sliding blocks capable of sliding in the vertical direction are arranged in the sliding grooves; the supporting rods are in one-to-one correspondence with the rotating rods, one ends of the supporting rods are pivoted with the top ends of the rotating rods, and the other ends of the supporting rods are pivoted with the sliding blocks; the plurality of magnetic attraction pieces are arrayed at the top end of the sleeve at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, the plurality of magnetic attraction pieces correspond to the plurality of rotating rods in position one to one, and the supporting rods and the magnetic attraction pieces are magnetically attracted mutually; and the locking mechanism is used for fixing the position of the movable rod relative to the sleeve. When in use, the movable rod can be lifted up, so that the rotating rod is automatically unfolded and supported by the supporting rod, the operation is convenient, and the structure is simple.
